Sale-Leaseback Process

The following represents a summary of the process:

  • Alliance Capital assesses the value of the property, the corporation's credit status, the growth prospect for the corporation and their tax situation.

  • Alliance Capital prepares a prospectus for potential investors located in major markets around the globe.

  • Several offers are procured and Alliance presents its bid analysis for the client's review.

  • The parties proceed to documentation and transfer and the corporation receives a single lump-sum payment for the property equal to at least 100% of the property's value while maintaining full operational control over the property.
